Robert Mapplethorpe（罗伯特·梅普尔索普）是已故的美国著名摄影师，他本人是同性性取向，一生中拍摄了众多的男性身体以及SM为主题的极富争议的作品，并不顾公众接受能力进行展出，将人体摄影带入了现代范畴。此外他也拍摄过不少以花卉、名人肖像为主题的经典作品。
